ITI and Thomas Jefferson School of Law (TJSL) of San Diego, California have designed a number of post graduate programs that is aimed specifically at the South African Market.
The ultimate goal for each student will be to obtain a Masters degree in tax, and with this in mind ITI and TJSL have developed the programs in such a way that each program can stand on its own, with international certification, or deliver credits towards the LLM in International Tax and Finance. These programs are:
- Certificate in Tax Administration (1 year, 1 credit towards LLM)
- Higher Diploma in Tax (1 year, 1 credit towards LLM)
- International Higher Diploma in Tax (2 years, 4 credit towards LLM)
- LLM in International Tax and Finance (the above 6 credits + 2 ellective credits)
